Performance
Buttercup hails from New York City where she studied at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Along with her skilled voice and movement, Buttercup incorporates traditional burlesque elements into her routines. Her fan-dance, bump & grind and tassel & assel twirling create unforgettable acts which embody beauty and eroticism with light-hearted flair. She excels in moment-to-moment work which makes her an excellenct MC and she collaborates well with any band!
Buttercup performs in burlesque, comedy and variety shows in Las Vegas and across the country. She has been a featured entertainer in Holly Madison's Bourbon & Burlesque at Mandalay Bay, Melody Sweets' Presents inside the Absinthe tent at Caesar's Palace and Myron's Cabaret Jazz, Brian Newman's After Dark at Park MGM and Spiegelworld's Opium at The Cosmopolitan.
Production
Buttercup produces multiple successful burlesque shows including Tease: A Burlesque Revue for The Burlesque Hall of Fame, Revusical, a live Jazz and Burlesque revue and Sinful, a night of provocative burlesque vigettes.
Buttercup is Program Coordinator at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, managing its School of Striptease.
Costume Creation
As a performer and costume creator for over a decade, Buttercup creates and designs stage pieces that are as durable as they are beautiful with striptease elements in mind!
She is a feather fan build partner with Donna Touch and has created her signature feather parasol on Donna's staves. Her feather fans can be seen in Absinthe at Caesars Palace, Brian Newman After Dark, and X Burlesque at The Flamingo.
Her costume creation, made for Charlie Quinn Starling, was featured on an episode of Spiegelworld’s Circus Town and Charlie went on to win Most Classic at the Hollywood Burlesque Festival in Buttercup’s design.
